"Training in the Martial Arts has enlightened me so much in my life. I was an average student in high school. I made honor roll every semester after I started training in the martial arts. Martial arts taught me discipline, respect and confidence. I have used many of martial arts principles to live my daily life. I am hoping to pass on these valuable lessons to my students and my kids." - Master Alan Shen L Cheung
